Described as “fun, social and interactive” is a program coming to Pauls Valley that’s designed to help adults adopt two behaviors that may improve their health and overall well-being.
It’s called “Eat Smart, Live Strong.”
The classes will be offered for four consecutive Monday afternoon beginning April 3.
Set from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Nora Sparks Warren Library in PV, 210 N. Willow, the classes will continue April 10, April 17 and April 24.
The four-part series will focus on how to make smart food choices and incorporate more activity in your daily life.
Each session is designed to address specific ways to help participant’s adopt new behaviors for better health.
Participation is not required for all four classes. However, officials say participants will benefit from attending any of the classes.
